I do hope it is firmly in your diary.  We are meeting at Runnymede Pleasure ground from 12 noon, please bring your own food and drink, chair and rug and join in a happy time of fun and fellowship.  Rachel and Becky have kindly offered to co-ordinate and organise games, or you can just sit and chat, and enjoy the company.
