May I invite you to join us for an ecumenical Taize-style service reflecting on the Season of Creation. The service is organised by members from the Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Methodist and United Reformed church communities in Windsor. We hope the service will offer a quiet hour of readings, chants and prayers that reflect God's gift of light; given through Creation and through Our Lord Jesus Christ.
The service will be held at St Agnes Church, Spital, St Leonard's Road, Windsor, this coming Sunday 30 September at 5pm.
I do hope you can come and enjoy some time of peace and contemplation in fellowship with other Christians in Windsor.
Afterwards we are holding a Community Tea with homemade cakes, tea, coffee and squash. All donations for the tea are being given to the Christian Aid Harvest Appeal which, this year, is match-tunded by the European Union to the level of 5x the donation. Each £1 that you give becomes £5 for Christian Aid.
